These early sessions laid the groundwork for our formal curriculum by helping us test, refine, and personalize the BAE Ranch experience. Each Ranch Day served as a touchpoint — not just for participants, but for the vision that now drives our full 4-day leadership programs.

First Responders
Outreach
We believe first responders deserve more than appreciation — they deserve tools to lead, heal, and grow beyond the demands of the uniform.
While we have not yet launched a dedicated cohort for first responders, our program is built with them in mind. The curriculum was developed by a former law enforcement leader who understands firsthand the emotional toll and leadership burden carried in the line of duty.
Our goal:
To provide a grounded, restorative space where deputies, firefighters, EMTs, and other first responders can reconnect with themselves through horsemanship and experiential leadership.
